Well that depends on a range of factors, not least of which
is, what’s in season. We strive to bring
fresh fruits and vegetables from our farm and orchard to the breakfast table throughout
the year. Summer and fall yield the
widest variety of fresh fare from the fields and during the winter months we
feature jams and preserves from our farm.
We also source produce, fresh meats and eggs, maple and fruit syrups,
cheeses and baked goods from area farms and markets. Chautauqua county has more farms than any
other county in NY state and boasts an abundance of farm-to-market and direct
market producers. We take great pride in
sharing with our guests the non-pariel taste of fresh, locally grown foods.

A lifetime living and working abroad has fostered an
appreciation of the wonderful variety and distinctive culinary traditions of
foreign cultures. We enjoy bringing some
of those delightfully wholesome food traditions to our breakfast table and hope
you will find the variety to your liking.
The breakfast menu varies and is readily adapted to the
preferences of guests. If you have
particular preferences or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you make
your reservation or when you arrive and we’ll do our best to accommodate your
preferences.
